Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a self-starter with strong organizational and problem solving skills to fill the position of Administrative Coordinator, located in Fredericton. Responsibilities include coordination of various programs and training courses, supervision of administrative support staff, and backup to other administrative positions. The incumbent must demonstrate excellent communication skills, experience utilizing various computer programs, including Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).

The following credentials would be considered an asset:

• Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience with supervising staff
• Bilingual
• Background in safety
